This is to formally inform all clients, partners, vendors, and stakeholders of Enrich India that Mr. Kashyap Shah is no longer associated with the company and has no authority whatsoever to represent, act on behalf of, or bind Enrich India in any manner. 

Any communication, commitment, representation, or transaction undertaken by him, directly or indirectly, shall not be recognized as authorized by Enrich India, and the company will bear no responsibility or liability arising from such actions. 

Stakeholders are hereby advised to refrain from engaging in any business dealings or communication with Mr. Kashyap Shah in relation to Enrich India. 

If you receive any communication, request, or representation from him claiming to be associated with Enrich India, you are instructed not to act upon it and to immediately report it to hr@enrichindia.com for verification. 

Enrich India reserves all its rights, including the right to initiate appropriate legal action in case of any unauthorized representation or misuse of the company’s name, goodwill, or business.
