This is to formally inform all clients, partners, vendors, and stakeholders that Mr. Kashyap Shah is no longer associated with Enrich India, and has no authority whatsoever to represent, act on behalf of, or bind Enrich India in any manner.

Any communication, commitment, representation, or transaction undertaken by him, directly or indirectly, shall not be recognized as authorized by Enrich India, and the company shall bear no responsibility or liability arising out of the same.

Stakeholders are hereby advised to refrain from engaging in any business dealings or communication with Mr. Kashyap Shah in relation to Enrich India.

In the event you receive any communication, request, or representation from him claiming association with Enrich India, you are instructed to not act upon the same and immediately report it to hr@enrichindia.com for verification.

Enrich India reserves all its rights, including the right to initiate appropriate legal action in case of any unauthorized representation or misuse of the company’s name, goodwill, or business.
